You (or your customer) are provided with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You're able to track the delivery of the order yourself via Royal Mail's website, using the tracking number provided in the 'Your Order has been Processed' email.
Please make sure you provide your or your customer’s email and mobile number when placing your order so that you can receive tracking information by text or email from Royal Mail once it's been dispatched.
If your order is a direct-to-customer delivery, they'll receive the tracking number in their order processed email or by text from Royal Mail, if they provided a phone number at the time of ordering.
